Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product is complete, includes all appropriate parts and components, and is returned in the original packaging.
Only normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is essential (e.g. lingerie, earrings, cosmetics) must be unopened, unused, or thoroughly cleaned before a return request is accepted.
Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
A return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
Vera Santi reserves the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Customer address
We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send your return to the sender’s address.
The return address will only be provided after your request has been approved.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, provided that they are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes not related to business or professional activities.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the goods.
Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order before delivery. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods by returning them.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Vera Santi, by means of a clear declaration, for example by email to Support@vera-santi.com. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our goods are shipped from Asia. This may result in longer delivery times over which we have no control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them according to the policy above.
You may inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
For faster processing, please provide shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed:

And no later than 14 days after receiving both the returned goods and your withdrawal request
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
